Vivere Leadership Consulting was founded in 2016. The founders of Vivere enjoy coaching teams and speaking to groups that can benefit from new leadership skills. Chip Vazquez is a Professor at California College San Diego and an entrepreneur/leader with professional attributes in business and management. Chip brings over 20 years of experience in business management ranging from sales support analyst to technical analysis of financial software services, assisting with small business and event consultations.

Scott Greer is an Associate Dean at California College San Diego – San Marcos campus over the school of Business. He has his MBA from the University of North Dakota and is currently working on his PhD in Leadership at Alliant International University. Scott has led trainings around the country in a variety of industries. He has owned four businesses and believes in creating systems that allow the business to be self-sufficient. Scott enjoys creating a vision of an organization and making it a reality.

Patrick Caze is a forward-thinking professional with wide ranging and comprehensive formal training in logistics and supply distribution management. With 20 years of military experience at all organizational levels, his demonstrated and proven ability to lead personnel, plan, organize, execute multi-dimensional logistics, supply distribution, and manage programs to a successful completion allows him to maintain his unique perspective on team dynamics and leadership styles.
